The Haven in the Summit, of Colubia, SC, is a 3-stage memory care facility for patients with Alzheimer's and related dementia. This incredible building provides three distinct neighborhoods for residents with shared general levels of cognition. This facility has it all – 24 hour awake staff, on-call doctors, a full time RN, and visiting therapists. Staff can administer insulin and provide incontinence care. Complimentary transportation is available for residents. A variety of on-site activities in the shared indoor and outdoor community spaces provide entertainment and encouragement for residents. Hospice care is also available.
