The Great Shepherds AFH is a group home located in Shoreline, WA. A 24-hour awake staff tend to a variety of resident needs, including blood sugar monitoring, catheter and colostomy care, and feeding tubes. Residents receive individualized care, and delicious home cooked meals. This two-story facility was recently remodeled and offers private rooms for residents. Hospice care is available.
