My grandma is in this facility and while the staff is friendly, they aren't good at their actual jobs. My grandmother is supposed to be getting physical therapy and their idea of this is to put her in the bathroom, tell her to get dressed, and call it a day. The staff hasn't been turning her at all so she now has oozing bed sores and necrotizing tissue on both feet from them not being propped up EVER. When we go into the room, we have to be sure to check her diaper because 99.9% of the time she is wet or sitting in her own feces from not being changed frequently enough. My grandma is on Eloquis and is supposed to discontinue it before any procedure but she was given it the night before surgery anyway. Thankfully, the anesthesiologist insisted on finding out the exact time she had it last. So, she was put under anesthesia for no reason. When we ordered an EKG, they said they couldn't do it at the time because they ran out of paper; but it's all a digital system. She is also supposed to be on a puree diet and the facility keeps bringing her solid foods like chicken fried steak. I included a picture of the snack they gave her that even had the sticker on it saying she was on a soft diet. I'm just so done with this facility. As others have said in their reviews, this place is likely great for a patient who is able to walk and be mobile independently. For patients who need to be moved and turned to avoid bed sores and can't move themselves, it's not a good fit.
