Hello, we are Dave and Christine Sorgman, owners of SYNERGY HomeCare of South Placer County. We believe in the power of “effecting positive change within our community.” Our office is located in Roseville, CA, and we serve the cities of Auburn, El Dorado Hills, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Loomis, Newcastle, Orangevale, Penyrn, Rocklin and Roseville. We are honored to serve individuals and families in these communities and welcome any questions you may have about receiving in-home care in the greater Roseville area.
Our Dedication to Home Care - We have lived through the challenges and emotional roller-coaster you might be experiencing finding that one person to help augment in-home care for a loved one. We are committed to providing services that focus on quality, safety, and compassion. Home care is something we are passionate about. Our experience working for a Fortune 50 Global technology company is a key component to understanding the necessities of what customer service and satisfaction truly means. Our background as a Process Engineer and Escalation Manager provides us with a solid working knowledge of managing technology and support, which will be invaluable to our clients and caregivers. Using the experience and curriculum common in the corporate world, blended with the flexibility and expediency found in a small business, we should have the perfect foundation to establish the necessary teamwork to be successful. We will put the clients needs first, while creating a “family like” surrounding for our care-givers. Honesty, teamwork, support and the ability to advance ones knowledge and status will be key drivers for our team. This environment should not only reflect the franchise as a whole, but provide insight to the clients, as to what we are about.
Serving Seniors, Families and People of all Ages-SYNERGY HomeCare focuses on non-medical home care for people of all ages. We provide companionship, homemaking, and personal care in the comfort of your home. We serve seniors looking to maintain a normal, healthy, active lifestyle. We are also available to serve the developmentally disabled, those suffering from debilitating illnesses and injuries, expectant mothers, and even to provide childcare services. We can also provide short-term help for those needing assistance after surgery or during recovery, or for transportation and care for outpatient procedures.
We will go where you need us. We can come to your home, to an assisted living facility, nursing home, and can provide one-on-one sitting services during hospital stays. We can help with hospital discharges, to ensure the client is taken home, settled in at home, has picked up all their medications at the pharmacy, has been fed, and is ready to recover in the comforts of their home.
For special occasions, we can help your loved one get ready, take them to their appointment/procedure, wait until they are ready to go home, and then take them back to help them get settled in. We understand the challenges of staying in touch and knowing what's happening with your family member. At SYNERGY HomeCare, using various social media technologies, we provide you with the communication and the connection you need whether you live near or far, from your loved one.
Our volunteer efforts cover participating in the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure, volunteering as a youth football and baseball coach, various non-profit organizations, providing hand knit scarves to the homeless just to name a few. This is not an all inclusive list, as we look forward to becoming more involved in the fight against diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease. We are very excited to be able to create employment opportunities and lasting friendships within our community.
Providing compassionate and high-quality caregivers is a personal priority for us. We personally screen and interview every single caregiver on our team. Our caregivers are all employees of the company, bonded and insured, have passed a national background check, are certified in CPR and First Aid, and are TB Tested. We only hire those caregivers that we would feel comfortable taking care of our own loved ones. After matching you with a caregiver, we will closely monitor the caregiving relationship, with phone and in-person "quality visits".
Please allow us the chance to provide our homecare services to your friends and family members. It is our promise to all of you that we will provide this service as if it were our own family member.
