SYNERGY HomeCare of Santa Clarita is led by husband and wife duo, Brent and Jessica Lee-Davis.
The Davises and their team of caregivers are committed to providing a comprehensive range of short-term and long-term care options to residents living in Santa Clarita, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia, Castaic and Canyon Country. These include companion care, personalized in-home assistance, childcare, and specialized support for individuals managing chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery.
Jessica has spent more than 15 years in human resources, working with companies ranging from innovative tech startups to global corporations. Her passion for supporting people led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Cal State University, Northridge, while balancing the demands of being a working student.
Brent also attended Cal State University, Northridge, and earned his bachelor’s degree in business. He has dedicated over 20 years to operations and project Management, where he’s honed his ability to solve problems and build systems that make people’s lives easier.
When Brent’s father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, the search for quality care became personal. This experience gave Jessica and Brent a firsthand understanding of how life-changing reliable care can be and inspired them to channel their skills into creating meaningful solutions for families.
Fueled by their experience caring for Brent’s father, the Davises understand the challenges families face when trying to balance life’s demands while ensuring their loved ones receive the care they deserve. Their mission is to ease this burden, giving families the peace of mind to focus on what matters most – spending quality time together. They also believe in creating a supportive and respectful environment for their caregivers, recognizing them as the heart and soul of their mission.
SYNERGY HomeCare of Santa Clarita provides a wide range of non-medical in-home care options. Companion care includes assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, light housekeeping and other tasks that allow clients to live independently. Personal care provides assistance with bathing, dressing, using the toilet and other activities of daily life.
