SYNERGY HomeCare of Jupiter is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Eric and Kobi Jorgensen, who share a passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
The company serves residents in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta, Juno Beach, Lake Park, and other areas in Palm Beach County with various non-medical care options, from companion care to personal and respite care.

Eric received his bachelor’s degree in Integrated Leadership from Central Michigan University and pursued a master’s in Information Systems from Syracuse University. From there, he worked in various information technology leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and consulting firms for 25 years. For most of that time, Kobi was a stay-at-home mom, caregiver, and gymnastics coach.

With Eric’s expertise in management and Kobi’s caregiving experience, they plan to deliver the highest quality, personalized care to their clients in a genuine, loving manner. The Jorgensens treat their caregivers and clients like family and would not invite caregivers to join their team that they wouldn’t trust caring for their own family.

​​SYNERGY HomeCare of Jupiter provides an array of non-medical care options. Companion care includes assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, light housekeeping, and other tasks that allow clients to live independently. Personal care provides assistance with bathing, dressing, using the toilet, and other activities of daily life.
