I selected Synergy Home Care for my mother because they were recommended by a geriatric care manager. I very much appreciate that my mother gets care and compassion from her caregiver. The interaction that I have had with the office staff has been with Brandy. She really impressed me with her personal knowledge of my mother’s condition and needs. This is a brand new experience with Synergy and I didn’t know what to expect, but they have impressed me by making home visits to asses my mother. Synergy has pleased us as they actually care about my mother and try to meet her individual requests. They have given me confidence that my mother is being cared for with love and compassion.
