My mom moved in with us about 2 years ago. Gradually her ability to care for herself declines and now she can't take care or stay home by herself. We were introduced to a service called in-home care by a friend of ours that also have an elderly mother. We choose Synergy HOme Care because of their willingness to work with us and their flexibility. For the time being, mom gets shower twice a week on a regular basis. We also call Synergy if we needed some respite care once in a while. We used their overnight service when we had to take out-of-town trip right around labor day. We appreciate Lisa and Leo for working hard to fill the shifts we needed. We like to thanks Josephine, our regular caregiver, for her compassion and great care of mom. With your assistance, we are able to provide good quality of life for our mom.

We were introduced to SYNERGY Home Care of Federal Way by a friend that used their service in the past. We set up the meeting with them and a couple other different agencies to make sure we do our due diligence and can compare what these agencies can offer us. We were extremely impressed with how quickly we received response from Synergy to set up appointment and their availability to start service right away compare to other agencies. We found their price is very competitive and they have different programs that suit our needs. Lisa, our care manager, who did our assessment is very thorough, professional, and really accommodative to our mom's need. We started service about 6 mos ago with a 3 times visit per week 4 hrs a visit. Mom currently need someone around the clock with her, and Synergy is always there along the way to help her maintain a good quality of life where she wants to be, her home. I can't thank Lisa and Synergy enough for making sure we have compassionate caregivers who is properly trained and takes good care of our mom.
