We joined the Synergy HomeCare Family out of our desire to assist seniors and their families to live the best life possible. After the sudden passing of Larry's mom, Phyllis, we experienced supporting Larry's dad, Van, through family caregiving, Rehab, Assisted Living and finally, Hospice. We were fortunate to live close by and know that is not the situation for many familes, who struggle to care for a loved one over long distances. We hope you will allow our team of kind and experienced caregivers to help keep you or your loved ones safe and restore well being and vitality to your lives.

We often hear from clients that finding the right caregiver for their loved one was one of the best and most life-changing decisions they ever made. And with SYNERGY HomeCare, it also turned out to be much easier than they expected.
We work closely with clients and their families to understand their care needs and care goals, as well as their unique personalities and living situations. Then, together, we’ll develop a customized care plan that addresses each need and goal within the established budget. We’ll present recommendations for caregivers based on a flexible, affordable and customized care plan.
Once care begins, the SYNERGY staff will communicate regularly with you to keep you apprised of your loved one’s condition. We are always available to discuss your care plan and make adjustments.
