Reliability SYNERGY HomeCare's Care Team can be relied upon to be at their assigned shift as scheduled. SYNERGY HomeCare utilizes a telephony system allowing us to know when our caregiver arrives and leaves a client's home. If for any reason a caregiver does not clock in within ten minutes of their assigned shift, alerts are sent and we turn to our back up plan using our on call caregiver team.

Response Time: SHC will be there when needed, every time. SHC will not turn down a Discharge Planner referral unless it is absolutely not possible to staff the client with a quality care provider. In this case, SHC will assist in finding the most suitable replacement resource.

Quality of the SHC Staff: SYNERGY HomeCare's caregivers are stringently screened; over and above MD state requirements. All SYNERGY HomeCare's caregivers pass a background screening, and are bonded and insured. SYNERGY HomeCare's caregivers must complete multiple levels of orientation/training prior to providing services to any client. SYNERGY HomeCare additionally offers ongoing training through our e-learning systems.

SHC Caregivers Are Direct Employees: SYNERGY HomeCare does not utilize independent contractors to provide care. We are committed to reducing the risk and liability to our clients by assuming responsibility for workers compensation, payroll taxes and general liability.
