Welcome to SYNERGY HomeCare. My name is Vicki Dunnigan. My husband Dave and I own SYNERGY’sTwin Cities Northwest Metro office, which serves Monticello and its surrounding communities. Our son Jeff works as office manager and staff coordinator. This truly is a family business but not just because of Dave’s and Jeff’s involvement. We treat everyone with whom we work like family and with the same deep-seated interest in their health and happiness.

Through years of experience as a hospice worker, a certified nursing assistant and as a mother of four, I’ve seen first-hand the tremendous power of caregiving. I’ve devoted my life to helping others because I know that with the right people, the appropriate resources and the necessary experience, it is possible to make a difference in people’s lives–to reinvigorate them, to brighten their spirits and to help restore their physical and mental health.
My promise, and that of my wonderful team, is to provide the highest-quality non-medical in-home care to our clients. Our trained and compassionate caregivers are deeply committed to helping clients accomplish their goals so they can stay independent in the comfort of their homes.
