I worked with Synergy Home Care in Miami, Florida, and they were nothing short of excellent. My mother had to go to the hospital (after I called 911) and was there and then in a rehabilitation center for two months. I do not live in Miami and needed immediate assistance for my father who is handicapped. Sonia Gonzalez (and the entire team) helped me in every respect.

All of the CNA's from SYNERGY Home Care of Miami were respectful and warm and willing to help my husband. They faithfully took his blood pressure and oxygen level, made his breakfast, reminded him about taking his insulin and pills and recording whatever was necessary. In addition, they attended to light housekeeping tasks. With some an issue was the language barrier. I thought I was understood, but their actions sometimes proved otherwise. I would recommend the agency.

We live in Lima Peru and in May this year my Husband had a hip replacement surgery in Miami. He needed special care for the success of his recovery. We contacted Synergy Home Care, which gave him and excellent attention and service. Very professional and reliable. We certainly will contact them next year for his surgery on the other hip. Overall a great experience, we used SYNERGY Home Care of Miami for care for my grandfather after an acute stroke and they were very good, sometimes there were compatability issues with the aides, but these were resolved quickly by the staff at Synergy. I would highly recommend the company, we are still using them and continue to be satisfied with their services.
