If an issue every arrived the office staff handled all of them appropriately and had good communication. Every need and expectation that I had was met. Overall my caregivers were excellent. Synergy Home Care Metro NJ did a great job of caring for my Mom for about 2 years. She has Alzheimer's and the aides they sent and the staff in the office did a great job of allowing to be her daughter again and not her caregiver. For that I am eternally grateful. We personalized the care plan tremendously and wound up with Rose who was very dedicated to Mom. When the time came to move mom to a nursing home in another state, the staff of Synergy and especially Casey one of the owners was extremely helpful in coordinating everything and helping make the transition a very smooth one. Our caregivers from SYNERGY Home Care Metro were attentive and caring. They made sure my mother eats & takes her medications and if she needs anything they are right there for her. The office staff is easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. We often take mom out and the caregiver, who comes dress casually at my mom’s request is always neat & tidy. When we have company they focus on my mom and do not include themselves in the families business which we like.
