The caregivers that we have worked with have been wonderful. SYNERGY has been very flexible with me. Sometimes I need caregivers to be switched to different days and SYNERGY has been able to accommodate that. The caregivers are always prompt. Last time I asked if she could take my mother-in-law for a walk because it was a beautiful day. The interaction they have with my mother-in-law is excellent.

Our caregiver from Synergy is extremely patient because she has a time frame that she can get things done, and my dad wants to put things off. She somehow, without upsetting him, gets it all done. She does it lovingly and efficiently. If she leaves and my dad is not feeling well, she calls me in the evening to check on him. That is very compassionate and loving.

All at our local San Antonio SYNERGY HomeCare have been warm, caring, and professional, and have provided much needed help to me and my siblings. Especially helpful so far has been driving Mom on errands and to appointments, grocery shopping, planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks, helping her do her exercises, and being enjoyable company.
