Sutter Estates

The below statement about Sutter Estates is false. All workers I have seen were well kept and happy to be there. The manager, Cathy, is a wonderful woman that treats her workers well. The below statement was probably made by the worker that scammed one of the residents and got a new car. Having said this, all the men employed by the company are awesome and work hard. In particular the four older men including the maintenance man, the driver and the two different 30-year-olds.

Comment: Staff is extremely dirty and unprofessional. When I worked there I loved my job. I always went above and beyond to do my best to be professional and give the best quality care. I witnessed a manager throwing an elderly resident's silverware on the ground. When I saw I asked why he was doing that and he told me it was because he didn't like the particular resident who ate at that spot. So I told a friend who then made an outside call to the main managers to report what I had seen. I go into my next shift only to find out that I had been fired. I was so heartbroken and unemployed after doing what I thought was the right thing. That manager that purposefuly threw the silverware on the floor still works there to this day and shouldn't be trusted around the elderly. The two main managers should not be trusted either seeing that they were aware of the situation and decided to keep the disgusting employee and then fire me
