Sunrise of Mercer Island

We moved our parent out of this facility. We no longer felt confident in the care that Sunrise Mercer Island was providing for our parent and we no longer felt confident in their ability to dispense prescription medications properly. Sunrise Mercer Island has made some inexcusable errors dispensing prescription medications to our parent (more than once) and theses errors caused our parent completely unnecessary, traumatic health issues. The facility is decorated nicely, that is a plus, but proper administration of medications and quality care are much more important to us.

The facility is decorated nicely, that it a plus, but quality of care and proper administration of prescription medications is much more important.
