I would like to thank Split Rock for all that they did to try to help my mom. The staff was compassionate and caring and helped her as well as our family. One particular staff member, Jackie, went above and beyond. There are no words to describe how much we appreciate her warmth, her caring, her knowledge and her personal attention. She is a truly very special person and we are lucky to have her in this profession.
