Sodalis was one of the earliest care providers in the US to implement the Person-Centered Care approach, which is designed to enhance dignity and foster independence. This approach is applied to all aspects of care and is highlighted in our engagement program. It allows us to avoid making assumptions about our residents and helps us to provide the best care for each individual. Giving all residents a sense of purpose guides all aspects of the care we provide.
