Shady Oaks Assisted Living is an assisted living home. We also offer mild dementia care in a secured memory unit and are a wheelchair accessible facility. Our well trained staff provides personal care daily for all activities of daily living which include dressing, bathing and grooming. We are a family owned and operated community, treating residents and staff like our extended family.
