Hand Selected Caregivers

Our number one goal is to determine the exact needs of your loved one so that they can be matched up with a caring individual who is best suited to their needs. As such, your loved one’s aide is always carefully selected to be the best fit for him or her, however we are open to make changes if necessary along the way. When determining a new staff member, we place a focus on real world skills, experience, qualifications and a true passion for working with senior citizens.

Flexible Scheduling

Life is never static. We understand that circumstances change, which is why all of our visiting and live-in caregivers offer flexible scheduling options. We ask only that you provide us with a 24 hour advance notice should any circumstances arise which require a scheduling change.

Personalized Care

Since everyone’s situation is unique, we do not believe in a one size fits all solution. Our view is that each elder has a specific set of needs which we will always go above and beyond to meet. As a result, service costs are calculated based upon a personalized care plan.
