Seniors Helping Seniors - Northern Michigan, MI

We tried a lot of different companies before and found that Seniors Helping Seniors of Northern Michigan was the best one out of all of them. I appreciate the level of care that our mother gets from Seniors Helping Seniors. The caregivers go above and beyond in their duties. They are always mindful of what our mother needs. Sometimes they will take her to lunch. They are very caring and attentive. The same caregivers come every time which has been wonderful. The services are better than we ever expected them to be. The compassionate care that our mother receives is phenomenal.

We selected Seniors Helping Seniors of Northern Michigan because they were recommended by the facility that my mom lives in. I appreciate the kindness of Carol and the fact that she is very flexible. She always shows up when she says she will and works well with my mom even though my mom has Alzheimer's. My mother always looks forward to seeing Carol - she feels she has a new friend and is happier than she used to be. I would recommend Seniors Helping Seniors.

Words cannot express how much we appreciated everything Seniors Helping Seniors of Northern Michigan did for our parents. Carol and Roxie listen to them and gave them respectful help which meant so much to them. They were capable, diligent and trustworthy which meant that Dad could get a much needed break. It meant so much to us far away to know that loving, kind, and trustworthy staff were helping them.

We couldn't have done it without Seniors Helping Seniors of Northern Michigan. When Mom came home from the hospital, we thought she would be improving instead she declined very quickly and we engaged hospice services as suggested by the owner of Seniors Helping Seniors. The care Provider and Owner of SHS were supportive, kind, and loving. They so very much exceeded job requirements!
