Seniors Helping Seniors in Mystic, CT is a non-medical Homemaker and Companion Agency. We have been supporting seniors in Southeastern CT since 2007. Our mission is to help seniors stay independent in their own homes, for as long as possible, with the dignity and respect we all deserve.

We work with you to learn about needs and preferences so we can develop a customized, person-centered service plan that works best for you and your family. Our services include companionship, light housekeeping, making and serving healthy meals, shopping, transportation, medication reminders, help with personal care, and live-in or overnight assistance as well.

Our employees are local, active seniors who have a lifetime of experiences to share and who are looking for rewarding work helping others. Our staff are carefully vetted and oriented to provide the services needed for each of our clients. It makes a difference when the staff really enjoy their work!
