The Dementia Care program helps caregivers and families care for their elderly loved ones battling this devastating disease.
Having lost both her grandmother and mother to Alzheimer's, Leeza knows all too well the highs and lows of being a caregiver for those with the disease. Leeza is joined by Teepa Snow, a nationally renowned certified occupational therapist and dementia expert. Teepa has over 30 years of experience as a dementia care and dementia education specialist.
