Every caregiver that we hire is certified by the state of Massachusetts as a CNA or HHA, Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Health Aides. Every caregiver is an employee of Senior Helpers; we do not use any outside contractors. In addition to the state certifications, we provide ongoing proprietary training for our staff.

Our services are overseen by a team of Registered Nurses. A dedicated RN is assigned to manage your family’s care, including creating and updating the care plan, training the care staff, and regularly re-assessing to stay ahead of changing needs.
