Jeff & the team at Senior Helpers are a true asset, an amazing service & invaluable resource for our family! We have had 2 previous agencies providing in-home care services for my Dad. And, when we found Senior Helpers, we knew immediately it was the right place for us! Their knowledge of similar type of patients like my Dad, the level of (advanced) training their caregivers have, their communication, compassion, energy & willingness to jump in with so many things/provide ideas-advice we hadn't previously thought of...I could go on...but it's strong, stand-out care-giving service on so many level to us. What a point of difference & a breath of fresh air for my family - not only my Dad, but my Mom (what a relief & an incredible peace of mind she has now) & the rest of us! So grateful!

My husband had Lewy Body Dementia that required special care. Patience. Understanding. Compassion. Strength. Tenderness. His last weeks were difficult for all the family and caregivers. I could not have been more pleased with Senior Helpers services if I hand-picked the aides myself. Never once was there a grumble when I asked for hours changed or additions. They were the sanity I needed to push through to my husband’s death within three months of our contact with the company. All the care providers were simply amazing. Even the health care facility was in awe of the help they sent to aid with my husband’s care. Can’t say enough good things about Senior Helpers.

Senior Helpers assisted us with our mother's care giving for about the last year of my mother's life. Due to their caregivers ( primarily Anne and later Linda), my mother was able to stay in her own home with her faithful four-legged companion. We so appreciated the love and care Anne and Linda showed mom. These ladies certainly went over and above to ensure mom was safe. Through rain, wind and snow , they would show up. They even went to the rehab to stay with her until she was safe at home. Teresa and Jeff were wonderful in adjusting caregivers until we found matches to our mom's personality. When we needed schedules adjusted and staff added, they were very accommodating and did everything in their power to help. We truly thought of them as working with us a team to help keep mom safe and comfortable. I would total recommend them for your loved one.
