When Lisa is not available I receive a call in advance from the agency that a sub will be provided. Every sub has been professional, kind, and caring! This service has been such a huge help with my mom. From the start, it was apparent that this company puts the safety and happiness of their clients first. My mom was matched with caregivers who could handle her needs. As my mom’s condition worsened she ended up in a month long hospital stay. My father fell and needed some short-term help. I was given Senior Helpers specifically Kara, so I called and she was just amazing in our time of need.
