Sedgemeadow in Elkhorn, WI is our beautifully three story brick frame building with controlled intercom entrance as well as elevators on each floor for our resident’s convenience. Heat, water, sewer and garbage removal is included in rent. Laundry rooms are on the second and third floor with some of units having the hookups. Garry and Kay are resident managers here and are very interactive with our residents. Furthermore, our residents absolutely love our home cooked meals that meals on wheels provides us five days a week.
