Scottsdale Memory Care

I do not recommend Scottsdale Memory Care for the following reasons. At least two infestations of scabies which went unchecked with my husband and he was covered with the rash, lack of communication with the staff, poor quality caregivers, some of whom are refugees and do not speak English or relate to the residents, lack of overall monitoring by some caregivers and almost neglect of some residents, a new CEO was hired is arrogant and cold. It looks nice from the outside, but don't be fooled. Three of us, me and two other families, moved their loved ones to other facilities this month. You can do better than Scottsdale Memory Care.
