Our goal is simple - we want to build a better home care service for our seniors. From hiring the best caregivers to giving families the tools to stay in the know, we're rethinking the entire model. How is Sage different than other home care agencies? Glad you asked. We have built a few features to help families stay connected. First, everyone, including the patient and their families, can see a video of the Sage Caregivers before each visit, so you will never have a stranger show up at your loved one's door. Also, family members will receive a text message when our Sage Caregiver arrives or leaves the house, giving you the peace of mind of knowing what's been happening in the house. Last but not least, the family will also receive an email summary with notes taken by our Sage Caregiver, so you'd be the first to know when milk is running low.

The best caregiver for mom or dad is a text message away. We know how challenging it is to juggle everything when you're taking care of a loved one. Need someone to drive to a doctor's appointment? Make sure dinner is ready? One of our Sage Care Providers can help

Before a Sage Care Provider shows up at your door, we'll send over their video profile so you know exactly who is coming and what their background is. We put all of our caregivers through a 3 step screening process and only hire caregivers we've met and interviewed in person.

All of our caregivers are certified HHA and CNAs and have had thorough background checks nationwide, going back 7 years. Most importantly, we only select those who clearly have a passion for caregiving and who come with excellent references from real clients.

Need to schedule an additional visit? Want to leave a note for the caregiver? Do everything through text message. After every visit, get a text message and email update so you know exactly how long the caregiver was here for and exactly what they did during the visit. You can also rate every visit which means you're always in control of care.
