Robert F. He received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Camden, where he participated in the Rutgers Elder Law Clinic, providing legal representation to impoverished seniors in Camden County. Mr. Brogan served as Law Clerk to the Honorable William H. Huber, Presiding Judge in the Chancery Division, General Equity Part, Superior Court of New Jersey, in Toms River, New Jersey.
