RN Villa Care Center

Amazing staff!! The care, concern, compassion and the time they took with my parent was above and beyond I would have expected in Residential Care Facility. They always have good food, with lots of varieties to choose from and its home cooked quality. Facility also offers different activities according to resident’s request and needs. My family and I were very happy with RN Villa Care Center and definitely will recommend this facility!

My mom was at RN Villa for a stay and the care was exceptional. Staff was attentive to her needs, the food was good, and the nursing care was great. Couldn't of asked for more. We had a great experience at RN Villa Care Center.

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY ! We had a parent here for several months and it was a nightmare on every imaginable level. Do not let the nicely appointed decor blind you to the fact that this facility is simply poorly managed and operated. The front line caregivers are inadequately trained. The few trained nurses on staff are overwhelmed and do not monitor quality control over the personnel who report to them. The caregivers are underpaid and the facility only staffs the minimum as required by Oregon law. Our parent was a resident for several months and had to go offsite to a rehab center for more acute care. We are contacted by the supervising nurse by VOICE MAIL that our parent would not be allowed back to the facility because they could not provide the care that they told us they could when he was admitted. We were not allowed a grace period to find another facility and had to scramble to find another place under very stressful conditions. Not even the professional courtesy of a face-to-face meeting with the family to notify us of their decision. And we were 'private pay' customers. I'd hate to see how they treat Medicaid residents! Definitely not worth the high cost as they ala carte their services exorbitantly - many of which should be provided under the base monthly charge which is already very high. No value. No service. No professionalism. The Owners are only concerned about their bottom line at the expense of providing quality senior care. BIG BIG PASS!
