Our offices are locally owned and operated by Lew Myers, who is passionate about improving the lives of others. Right at Home prides itself on the rigorous selection process that goes into approving our local office owners like Lew. They only work with people who are invested in their communities and believe in a higher standard of care. In most cases owners have personal experiences caring for aging loved ones, which is also the case with Lew. Dedication, commitment and passion are must-have traits.
That dedication and professionalism attracts office staff and caregivers who are also driven to serve others, thus ensuring that the RightPeople are caring for our clients. We provide continual training and on-the-job supervision, including quarterly in-services and access to Right at Home University, which keep our employees up-to-date. Additionally, all Caregivers are thoroughly screened and tested before being matched with a client and are bonded and insured. Just like our owner, caregivers also come from diverse and wide-ranging backgrounds. They are mothers, veterans, nursing students, retirees and many others who are motivated by our mission. It’s about getting the RightPeople in the right place at the right time.

We deliver care from A to Z and we do it with excellence. This means that our clients get exactly the services they need, WHEN they need them. We provide clients with a range of home care services, including companion care, personal and skilled care, that are tailored to their needs. Scheduling is flexible and our customer service sets the standard for the industry.

RightApproach
This is HOW we meet our clients’ needs. Building strong relationships with our clients and caregivers is a cornerstone of the RightApproach. Before being matched with a caregiver, our clients will meet with a staffing manager who will learn about their needs and personality. If, for some reason, the first caregiver isn’t a good match, we’ll happily find a more suitable caregiver for you. We are committed to matching each client with the best possible caregiver for their needs as well as developing a customized care plan. As we work with seniors and their families we constantly monitor and assess the care each client receives. We believe in comprehensive supervision of caregivers, continuous communication with clients and the careful matching of client and caregiver.
