Specialized Programs: GUIDE & VA Support
Right at Home DFW is proud to participate in GUIDE (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience)—a CMS-supported program designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and to reduce caregiver stress. Through GUIDE, eligible families receive structured support, respite services, care navigation, and evidence-based dementia care approaches delivered by our trained staff.
We are also honored to support our nation’s heroes through a range of VA services, including Homemaker & Home Health Aide programs, Respite Care, and support aligned with Community Care Network (CCN) authorizations. Our team works closely with veterans, their families, and VA care coordinators to streamline eligibility, scheduling, and continuity of care.

Michelle Rankine’s path into the home care field began with her brother’s life-altering accident, which opened her eyes to the challenges families face when caring for loved ones during vulnerable times. This experience sparked a deep, personal commitment to making a meaningful difference for adults in need of support.
Over the past decade, Michelle’s dedication has only grown. In addition to running her business, she has personally cared for her father, stepfather, and other family members through recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life experiences. These intimate moments shaped her belief that home care must be delivered with dignity, compassion, and unwavering respect.
Michelle understands that exceptional care extends beyond physical assistance. It nurtures emotional well-being, brings comfort, and preserves independence. Her experiences taught her the importance of communication, flexibility, and personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
