Quickstep Home Healthcare is under the able leadership of its Director of Nursing, Henrietta Ayong, BSN, RN. With the years of being at the helm of the healthcare team, she oversees and manages how the staffs work, determines what policies need to be put in place, utilizes evidence-based practice to ensure customer satisfaction and improve care outcome. In order that delivery of patient care is improved, she works closely with the staff so as to see the real situation on the ground. Moreover, she makes sure that staffs are compliant with the policies and regulations set out.

Nancy Bentum, BSN, RN fulfils wide range of administrative responsibilities. She works closely with the Director of Nursing, being the Alternate Administration and Nursing Director. She makes sure to devote time in checking the client’s eligibility, such that she leads the role of preparing a comprehensive care plan.
