ProgressiveCare, the Private Duty division of Progressive Home Health Services, Inc., is licensed by the New York State Department of Health and accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission. Progressive has been providing Personal Care and Companion Care Services to the residents of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx since the agency’s inception in 1985.

Our Personal Care Services include:
- Bathing and Personal Hygiene
- Dressing and Grooming
- Mobility and Ambulation
- Meal Planning and Preparation
- Assistance in Feeding
- Toileting and Incontinence Care
- Assistance with Medications

Our Companion Care Services include:
- Companionship, Conversation, and Preventative Safety Care
- Activity Planning and Participation
- Light Housekeeping
- Running Errands/Shopping
- Escorting to Appointments

ProgressiveCare provides home health care services to our clientele 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All of our Aides are certified by New York State approved training programs. Many of our Aides are trained in our very own, highly regarded training facility. All of our Aides are insured, bonded, undergo a criminal background check, and are supervised by Progressive`s staff of Registered Nurses. The Aides also attend quarterly in-service education classes on topics such as infection control, HIPAA regulations, Alzheimer`s and dementia care, and much more.
