I am a past client
My one parent was in Pondella Serenity for several months, and I was so disappointed in the place. The CNA's did not speak good English at all and the food was never home cooked meals as I was told that they were, but consisted of precooked frozen crap!! The ac was always set at 85 degrees and the television was always blasting loud where you couldn't even hear yourself think let alone have a conversation with your loved one. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! I took my parent out of there after several months and placed her in better home where she was cared for and looked after with much more respect. The owner of Pondella Serenity is NOT to be trusted.
