Platinum Senior Care

I was very impressed with Platinum Senior Care's service and in particular Jessica. She went above board answering questions and walking me through a difficult situation with regards to my 90 year old mother. This is the only agency I would recommend. They are experts in Alzheimer's/Dementia care.

Our family has a lot of respect for the fact that the team at Platinum Senior Care cares. My dad is not an easy man to make happy but somehow these ladies have accomplished just that. He loves his aides that come in for everyday care. It's great to see him socialize more. They have even taken him out for a golf game. As a family of 5 children, each one of us agrees that we will recommend Platinum and as older Adult ourselves, we would all choose this company for ourselves.

Platinum Senior Care provided the absolute best caregiver for my dad. He was blind and 94 years old when he began to need assistance. The caregiver quickly became a part of the family for both me and my father. When he was in the hospital the caregiver came there everyday to tend to his needs and was his champion when I couldn't be there. My dad has passed away since but the company still keeps in touch with me and checks even on my own well-being. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My Mom has passed away, but I want to commend Platinum Senior Care on their end of life service to my family. Mother was on hospice at a facility, and we could not be there all the time, which was very hard on my Dad. Because this group has a leader assigned to every caregiver, we always had immediate access to make changes or notify us of concerns. My father was so relieved to able to come and go from the facility without being worried about Mom being alone. This service was indeed a blessing for us and I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Platinum Senior Care is excellent! My Grandmother has a team of people assigned to her that we can call anytime. We started out not needing much help, but as time progressed, we needed more hours to help Granny at home. She is so thankful! Big thank you to Jessica and her team.
