Penny's Guest Home- Ryegate

Don't put your loved one in her care. She has no idea what is going on in her facilities. She keeps adding charges for things that were previously included and refused to provide a receipt. Meanwhile, my grandmother tells me that I have to send her basic personal care supplies or she won't have them. Things like shampoo, vaseline, cough drops - all things that Penny says are included, charges you for and yet does not provide for my grandmother.
