Parkview Towers

I lived in Parkview Towers for almost six months. My apartment was on the eighth floor and on occasion, I had to walk down to the first floor due to elevators not working. Most times the elevator would stop on additional floors with no one having called for it. Facility was kept spotless by the Maintenance Crew of Freddie and Tim. They were more than helpful in most cases. These issues changed dramatically, when I informed them of my intention to move full time to my boat. Air Conditioning was not turned on when the temperature started rising due to a few residents being chilly. With COPD I found it almost impossible to breath in the facility. I gave them 30 days’ notice of my vacating and have now been waiting for over two weeks for my deposit to be returned. I was told last week it was being sent out. I still reside in Little Rock, and my experience is I can mail from one side of the state to the other in two days. I waited a week before checking on same. Since then I called back once and was told by the manager not to call back, that I would get my check when it got here. I then informed her I would call everyday until it came. She then hung up on me and has refused to answer my calls since.
