Stay away from this place. The caregivers talk rudely to the residents and are at times neglectful and cruel. The residents sit in wheelchairs all day. Cold showers, some residents were forced fed when not hungry,my mom developed a uti because of pampers not being changed regularly, and the last straw was when mom reported that she was hungry. I have her weight before entering the Alf, she lost 30 pounds in a couple of months which is alarming. This not the kind of place you want to put your loved ones during their final years of life. I would issue a complaint to the state, but I do not want to put my mom through the ordeal. From week one, my mom kept asking me to take her out of there, and I finally did. She is now happy, well cared for, is safe, and in a loving facility. What a difference!
