Encore Senior Village at Peoria is an assisted living home. We have an innovative and progressive Alzheimer’s care program called “Rediscovery”. Our residents enjoy three meals a day, daily housekeeping services and fun social activities. A licensed nurse performs a wellness assessment monthly to monitor weight and health. At Encore we are invested in the health and wellness of each and every resident.
