Orchard Park of Odessa will be located near Highway 191 and Faudree Road, just across from the new MCH Center for Health and Wellness. Construction on Orchard Park of Odessa is anticipated to start in the next few months.
Orchard Park of Odessa is another development under the Orchard Park group of communities. McFarlin Group, along with it's joint venture partner Stroud Development, will serve as the owner and developer of the project. The community will be managed by Meridian Senior Living.
