Orchard Park of Georgetown will be located adjacent to the southern entrance of Del Webb’s Sun City Texas, the largest active adult community in Texas, off of Williams Drive and Del Webb Boulevard. The 70,000 square foot, single story Orchard Park of Georgetown will be situated on six acres of land which will allow ample room for expansion as is necessary to serve the Georgetown community. The community will also offer golf cart parking to help accommodate residents and visitors from Sun City Texas. Orchard Park of Georgetown is anticipated to break ground in 2011/2012.
Orchard Park of Georgetown is another development under the Orchard Park group of communities. McFarlin Group, along with it's joint venture partner Stroud Development, will serve as the owner and developer of the project. The community will be managed by Meridian Senior Living.
