: It is well kept, attractive setting. The care is geared to seniors who are in relatively good shape. The aides are not professionally trained, tend to be young and not all that compassionate or patient. Any extra help leads to significant costs and often the need to hire outside help. They are not equipped, trained or willing to give an extra help. It is a nice, upscale hotel-like environment. Flexibility and going a little extra will not happen- so know that going in.
