OptionONE Care At Home is based in San Francisco’s financial district, and provides non-medical home care anywhere in California. We deliver reliable and compassionate based on a simple formula: We care for people the way we’d want to be cared for.

We specialize in 24-hour care, and in helping families with atypical challenges. We can custom-recruit caregivers for virtually any situation. All of our caregivers are OptionONE employees. We never use independent contractors.
