O'Malley Home Care

O'Malley Home Care is a family-owned agency inspired by our own experience caring for our grandparents, parents, and others. To us, taking care of you or your loved one is personal. It's not just our work, it brings us joy! We go beyond helping with activities of daily living such as mobility, transportation, light housekeeping, bathing/grooming, meal prep, etc. by focusing on our client's overall well-being and quality of life. We like to find what makes our clients genuinely happy and bring more of that into their lives. That is why we developed our Brain Body Wellness Program to reduce isolation, depression, anxiety, and promote brain health. O'Malley Home Care was founded on the following core values:

Needing help does not make you a burden, it makes you human. Every person on the planet needs help to varying degrees at different stages of their life. We were never meant to do life alone. We will continue to normalize needing, asking for, and receiving help as a healthy aspect of the human experience.

Joy is a major priority in our work. Aside from making sure our clients are safe and comfortable, our primary goal is to bring joy and fun into the lives of both our employees and our clients. We should all be doing things that make us laugh, smile, or just feel good on a daily basis.

As a company, we reject the idea that aging is a negative thing and that we are all supposed to stay young, look young, and wish we were younger. We feel that aging should be celebrated! There is a profound beauty in old age. We believe that seniors are valuable to society and have much to offer, including their unique perspective.
