March 2010 - I have a move in to this property they are refusing to pay because the family told Alice she found her online even though the notes clearly show I sent the referral not once, but twice, plus spoke to Alice. In addition, it's impossible to even speak with the owner Robert. Alice is nice and says she's giving him messages and emails, but no reply.
