Oak Park Place - Dubuque

When first looking for a place for mom we were excited with everything Oak Park Place offered. Well, about 3 months in they started to have a large turn over in employees. Things started to slip, my mother wasn't going to rosary like promised, which was something very dear to her. I go around lunch time and she is still in her pj's. I never see her out of her bed, they just leave her to lay around all day. There are no activities like they said they would have. Sometimes she gets her nails done but that is about all we see being done. We pay a hefty amount $5,000/ monthly to have her there and just feel that they need to be doing more for her and the others. I also have noticed that they clean rooms only once a week and by the end of the week it is very smelly. I would think it should be cleaned a few times a week.
