We take great pride in our caregivers here at New Outlook. They are reliable, compassionate and highly trained. After an initial interview process we begin the screening process which includes state and federal criminal background checks, motor vehicle driving records check, proof of driver’s insurance, proof of current driver’s license, reference checks and extensive training for skills needed in caregiving.
