I am a past client
Very unhappy with the constant turnover of staff at New Life Healthy Living. The staff stayed 3-4 months and then were gone (aides and RN). Medicine aides were not always very experienced, so that left room for error. Having to constantly check on when my family member would have their shower or when laundry would be done was a pain. The constant monitoring to make sure appropriate care was given was a job in itself. Added fees was another surprise and added whenever they felt like it. I do not recommend this facility for all of the above reasons, including the extremely poor management of the facility.

I've heard mostly good things from my loved ones. The staff have been very personable and attentive, and my grandmother says she likes it here. read more
